The CAW Promise
You book with CLT Auto Wraps, so we stand behind the work. Here is exactly what that means.
- The price you book is the price you pay. Your package price is fixed. If we find something extra when we see the car, like old tint to remove, we tell you the price and you decide before any work starts.
- Happy before you pay the balance. We walk around the car with you when it’s done. If anything isn’t right, we fix it before you pay the rest.
- 12-month workmanship guarantee. If an install problem shows up within 12 months (bubbles that don’t clear, lifting edges, peeling, or dirt trapped under the film), we fix it free.
- Film maker’s warranty on top. Premium films carry their maker’s own warranty against fading, cracking and peeling, under the maker’s terms. We help you with any claim.
- Deposit refundable until you’re scheduled. Change your mind before your appointment is set and you get your deposit back. If we can’t schedule you within 7 days, it’s refunded too.
How to use it
Text or email us with your booking number and a photo of the problem. We schedule a fix, usually within a week. Keep your booking confirmation as your proof of purchase.
Not covered: accidents, scratches and chips from use, pressure washing too close, paint that was already damaged or repainted, and film we didn’t install. The workmanship guarantee runs 12 months from the install date and covers the original customer. Full details are in our terms.
